Client Specifications:

1. Shorten the depth of the Deck
2. New Flower Boxes
3. Long Lasting

This storefront was in need of a deck replacement. We did just that. From the foundation up, all new materials were used. The railing system meets all the Dawson City historic by-laws and all materials are PWF, ACQ or Primed to ensure a long-lasting storefront.

Prior to the new Deck and Flower-boxes, the stairs landed on the boardwalk. Thus leaving the levelling of the boardwalk up to the property owner. Now, the new stairs no longer rest on the boardwalk making the levelling the City of Dawson’s responsibility.
