  • New vanity with one-piece porcelain vanity top
  • New awning window with privacy glass
  • New bathtub with polished porcelain tile tub-surround

The Client had some specifications that were all met.

Billy Goat’s Pub – Deck

Client: Local Business – Billy Goat’s Pub

The Billy Goat’s Pub was expanding into the back ally Spring-2015. With all the contractors in Dawson being swamped with work, Grey Customs Inc. delayed the Sawmill Building: Insulation Upgrade project for a week to give owner Tony Dovas a helping hand. Within weeks the town of Dawson was able to enjoy “La Casa De Beba”

The Floating Dock

This project was just for fun. It enjoys floating around the dredge ponds confusing the beavers. The handrail & seating combo is just a great feature to save sq. footage. It has been said to have held a 94′ Suzuki Sidekick along with 2 passengers.

Materials:
4 – Double-bed boxsprings
2×8 Collar
3/4″ PWF plywood deck
16 – Church Posts™
1×12 rough-cut seating (local mill)
2×8 toprail
8 – recycled barrels (16 barrel capacity)

Dawson City Daycare – Crawlspace Insulation Upgrade

Objective: Ensure the building stays warm during the winter months.

Plan of attack:
-Eliminate heated-crawl space
-Remove all duct work
-Tear out all existing insulation
-Spray 2″ of 2.0 lb. closed-cell foam
-Fur down floor joists to allow R-28 batt insulation enclosed with a weather-barrier
-Bulkhead around new duct work with recycled 1″ extruded polystyrene and insulate with Roxul ComfortBatt
-Frame warm-room around services and majority of new duct work with 2×6 walls with 1″ extruded polystyrene and insulate with Roxul ComfortBatt

All spray foam was done locally by a fully-certified professional.
